About Our Secretary

Dr.Kavidasan is the Secretary of the school and holds four Master Degrees, a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws, a Bachelor degree in Law and a Ph.D., in Emotional Intelligence. Dr.Kavidasan is a Gold medalist from Madras University in B.A, – Political Science in the year 1984.

Dr.Kavidasan is serving in Roots Industries India Limited as Director – HR for more than two decades. He is also heading the Corporate HR functions of Roots Group of Companies.

He is the Founder President of the HRD Circle, Coimbatore. He held various prestigious positions like a member of the HR & IR Panel of Confederation of Indian Industry, Coimbatore Zone and Training & Education Panel – CII, South Region, a Senate Member and the member of Planning Board of Bharathiar University appointed by the Governor of Tamilnadu and a member in the standing committee of Anna University, Coimbatore.

He has conducted more than 5000 workshop on self-confidence for students and youth and has trained more than 3,00,000 people. He has delivered numerous speeches on Self-Confidence in a more reachable and interesting form. He is now one of the renowned speakers in this part of India on Self-Confidence. He has authored over 75 books.

His passion and perseverance enabled him to scale greater heights and made him a proud recipient of various awards which include, “Man of the Year 2000” titled by American Biographical Institute, USA, “Natramzhil Maamani” titled by Rotary Club of Coimbatore, Icons of Coimbatore 2015 and numerous other awards. His recent awards were the honour from Tamilnadu State Government as “Tamil Chemmal” & “Sollin Selvar”.

Secretary’s Message

Satchidananda Jothi Nikethan is a place for joyful co-existence. The mutual faith among the teachers and the students has manifested in producing men and women of character. Great care has been taken to see that children enjoy a stress-free learning atmosphere and the entire focus is on children to train them as responsible and global citizens.

To augment the effective learning process besides academics, facilities such as language Lab, Mathematic Lab, Thinker’s forum, workshops on writing poetries, speeches and theatre in school, are regularly arranged. Through NCC, Scouts and Guides children become disciplined. A programme – INSIGHT – held exclusively for students of standard eight every year, guides them to choose the career of their choice when they move into the senior level of their study. Yoga, Sports such as Hockey, Cricket, Basketball, Badminton, Volley Ball, Tennis etc., strengthen the mind and body of our children. Regular Spiritual addresses and Bhajan meetings along with value based education elevate the spiritual aspect underlining the teachings of our Gurudev, “Truth is one; paths are many”. With the guidance and support of our Chairman Sri. K. Ramasamy, we are marching towards fulfilling the expectations of parents and society, by creating global leaders.

Our endeavour has always been to train our children towards human excellence through four pillars – “dedication, discipline, determination and devotion” combined with “Easeful body, Peaceful mind and a Useful life as taught by our Guru & Founder H.H.Sri Swami Satchidanandaji Maharaj”, are practiced in mind and spirit, making this school, a temple of learning.
